1- The composer needs to become a member of Beste Bankası.

 

2. The composer does not have to pay the notary fee for procuration recarding the composition.

 

3. The notes of the composition need to be sent on JPG format, the demo recording need to be sent via “sending composition” part on the website,on MP3 format.

 

4. As an exhibit and promotion fee, the composer needs to pay 100 TL+VAT for each composition to the bank account AKBANK IBAN No TR 730004 6001 0288 8000 0022 62  and send the receipt to us. If he has more than 10 compositions the fee will be 75+VAT /composition.

 

5. Production companies will be informed when new compositions start to be

 

6.During and after the process of purchase, the right to legal remedies belong to the composer.

 

7. If a legal problem occurs, the case will be forwarded to a lawyer at the cost of the composer.

 

 

 

1. You should commission us by the notary public to publicize your work on your behalf on our website www.bestebankasi.com

In order to add work, it should first be registered in your name. We recommend that you write the note of your work in as much detail as possible. For instance, if possible, try to write 4/4 work in 1/4 and put the main values on it. (This will protect your rights if someone is inspired by your work)

 

2. We have a team that provides musical note writing service (for a fee) for those living in and around Izmir and those who do not know how to write notes. This team is going to submit the note of the work ready to be confirmed by the notary public. The work will be written in the presence of the composer and the cassettes etc will be given back.

 

3. In order for us to protect your rights better you should give us a proxy paper from the notary public as you can see in the example.

Notary example:

I commissioned Mehmet Kurt in the name of Pem Ajans as an agent and authorized person to publicize my musical works namely “……………..”, “……………….” ,whose Lyrics and Music belong to me and notes attached, on the website www.bestebankasi.com. He can also promote my work nationally and internationally, introduce and market it to the people he wants.

4. In addition to the Musical Works and proxy paper of the Notary, the agreement that vindicates the rights of the both sides (us and the composer) should be signed.

(Note: It is going to be confirmed and sent back to you after it is faxed via 343 05 48)

 

5. In order for a person who wants to purchase the work to form an opinion about the work, a cassette or CD including the recordings should be given. The recordings should reflect the theme of the work. (Although there is not such a necessity that requires the recordings to be done in the studio, the ones who want recordings to be clear will be directed to a nearby studio in Izmir)

 

6. In the event of any illegality that might occur, the attorneys of the Beste Bankası

 

6. If the composer is not a member of the Musical Work Owners Society of Turkey (MESAM) he/she will become a member following the sale of the first work.

 

7. The composer is not going to pay for the service we provide until the work is sold. When the work is sold, the commission determined in advance will be taken.
